We currently offer the 60-hour Unit I: Pre-Licensing course and the 30-hour Unit II – Advanced Real Estate Principles course which you are required to complete to obtain a South Carolina Real Estate License. In addition, we offer real estate Continuing Education needed for real estate agents to maintain their licenses.
To accommodate your schedule and ensure your success, our real estate school offers WEEKDAY, EVENING AND WEEKEND COURSES. We take pride in ensuring our classes are both educational and fun by having our instructors engage and interact with every student.

WHY REAL ESTATE?

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The first step to a career in real estate is completing 90 hours of class time required by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. You must complete the 60-Hour Unit I Pre-Licensing course and the 30-Hour Unit II Advanced Real Estate Principles course. Once you’ve completed the full 90 hours you must take the PSI exam to become professionally licensed. You will then select a real estate agency to join, and start your real estate career! (Don’t worry…we will help you find a great place to start!)
