As of 2018, the LLR Real Estate Commission requires all South Carolina licensed realtors to complete 10 hours of continuing education courses on a biennial basis, by midnight of June 30th. All continuing education courses offered at Exceed Real Estate School are approved by the SC Real Estate Commission and are instructed by Commission approved, knowledgeable and experienced teachers. Per the Commission Rules, at least 4 (four) of the 10 required hours must be hours from a “Core” course, denoted with a (C) below. Courses denotes with an (E) are elective courses.
