“The Mile High City” has seen solid appreciation, but NAR expects that to slow in 2017. (Chicago is expected to put in the worst performance of the top 100 metro areas in 2017.) While we’re on “The Mile High City (puns still aside), do you know at what location in a city is its official elevation measured? In this era where everything is measured, listed, and analyzed, there is no national standard for such measurements, so cities and town use their own markers.
