Yes. In order to apply to take the SC Real Estate Sales examination, you must complete a Commission approved 60 hour Pre-licensing course. The only exception to this would be if you have a law degree or a four year BA with a major in real estate.
Yes. The South Carolina Real Estate Commission requires students to take a total of 90 hours in class. You must complete and pass the 60-hour Pre-Licensing course and the 30-hour Advanced Real Estate Principles course in order to get you Real Estate License.
