– Application for Examination: Upon successful completion of Unit I: Pre-Licensing course (60 hours), a student may submit an application to take the South Carolina Real Estate Sales Examination. An applicant requesting to take the examination must fulfill all of the other prerequisites set forth on the South Carolina Real Estate Commission application.
– Successful completion of Unit II: Advanced Real Estate Principles must be finished and receipt of a passing score on both portions of the South Carolina Real Estate Sales Exam MUST be completed prior to applying for a South Carolina Salesperson license.
